2016 Picnic and Graduation Ceremony

Even though we got rained out somewhat, we had a blessed time on Sunday afternoon with picnic and graduation. Combining them together was a bit too much, but it all went over quite smoothly and successfully. From left to right its Nathan Stahl, Joyce Walter, and Brian Walter. Blessings on their future.

Across the Finish Line!

Another successful school year bites the dust at Fort Pitt Christian School! Last official day of school today, and we're all looking forward to 3 months of summer! Praise God for living in a free land where we can teach our children and live our Christian life free from persecution and harassment. A privilege denied to countless people in these last days.

Near Perfect 2016 Seeding run.

We started seeding on April 28, and cleaned up on May 23rd. The weather was very cooperative, but it was getting very dry as they were nearing the finish line. We have 2 of these rigs, and our land is spread out over nearly a 200 km diameter.

Memorial for Cindy Stahl

Very sad memorial for Cindy, the sweet little baby of Pauly and Lisa, who went home to Jesus on April 15. While it hurts to let her go, we need to grasp a greater reality and picture God is developing in our lives and brotherhood. "For He does not afflict willingly, nor grieve the children of men. Lam. 3:33.

Seven young people surrendered their lives to Jesus and had water baptism this weekend, and what a joy it was! To see and hear how God can work in lives for His glory!

Haiti Orphanage Outreach

Five of our young people, along with 5 others from Altona and Elmendorf fellowships spent a couple weeks in Haiti at an orphanage. It was a incredible experience for them, complete with a culture shock. They spent much of their time just loving the children and caring for the property. The orphanage has 80 children and is in much need of godly administration, staff, and repair.

Year End School Program

The students put on an absolute fantastic program this evening! Our theme was called: No Shortcuts to Greatness, and consisted of several short skits that taught a biblical principle, while the main drama was titled, "Joseph the Dreamer". It ended with the school girls dramatizing the song, "Worthy is the Lamb!" Very touching song and act. As always, the gym was packed with friends and neighbors!

10 day Church ministry Trip

3 of our elders took a special trip to visit brethren in Manitoba and USA, and what a blessed time it was. We are currently working to start a fellowship in Manitoba, as well as the fellowship in Minnesota. One thing became very clear as we spent time with the brethren --- God is moving again! Not only did we witness transformed lives and thinking, we also sensed a great longing in the people of God. A longing for a greater reality, more unity, and a clearer direction in which God is moving His people at this hour.

Twenty-seven, including 13 young people were baptized at Altona fellowship, and what a joy that was!! We just pray this Holy Spirit work will continue as God leads His children from Glory to Glory!

We also ordained a lead pastor at Altona and four elders as the Bible teaches, and we're very blessed to be part of this move of God. To HIM ALONE belongs the GLORY and HONOR and POWER both now and forever, Amen!

Another Successful Harvest Season Ends

There were long stretches where we couldn't harvest this season due to weather, but the Lord granted us another marvelous harvest, and thanks to the crew putting in long hours to clean it up. Truly a blessing to realize how much He cares for all. Thank you, Lord God Almighty!

Feeding a Hungry Harvest Crew!

Our Father has again blessed us richly with many blessings, spiritual and physical, and this time of gathering in the harvest is the perfect illustration of the Spiritual harvest upon us at this time. Pray ye the Lord of the Harvest that He send forth laborers...,

It takes 20 men at the height of the season to keep everything running smoothly, not to mention the many little things that go on behind the scenes..., like the sisters preparing delicious meals!

New Fuel Station in the Making!

We've had these old liquid holding tanks laying around for several years already. This year we decided to get a use out of them. It took a while to sandblast and paint them, but finished product looks pretty sharp.

Completed major landscaping and Earthmoving Project

It took 3 weeks and over 12,000 yards of dirt, but we filled in a deep valley to create a bit of extra real estate for possible expansion. We also installed all the utilities for 4 single unit starter homes. At the deepest spot, it needed nearly 20 feet of dirt to bring area up to level.
