Harvest Splendor!

We're well into the harvest season, having begun in late August, but the weather in Sept has been less than ideal! However, the crew is humming along whenever we get a chance and  God has been so good! Below are a few pix from this year's harvest. Enjoy!

Men's 2016 Fishing Trip

Everybody wants to get the big one! While fishing wasn't the greatest this year, one of the brothers caught a whopper! It was over 40" long! The weekend couldn't have been more beautiful as the men took some time out from the grind to relax and fellowship.

Transforming the Landscape! 3 new houses in 6 weeks!

From One to four houses in six weeks. 

It has been a hectic 8 weeks for our construction crews as we began 3 new dwellings at once this summer. 2 of them needed to be done in 6 weeks, and sure enough, the two married couples were able to move into their new home on July 17th. 

July Double Wedding!

Our first double wedding in 7 years as we celebrated the two couples' special day with friends and brethren from far and wide. Gideon & Tracy are both from the home church, while Luke's wife come all the way from Missouri, USA! Great time of fellowship and spirit-filled music.

2016 Picnic and Graduation Ceremony

Even though we got rained out somewhat, we had a blessed time on Sunday afternoon with picnic and graduation. Combining them together was a bit too much, but it all went over quite smoothly and successfully. From left to right its Nathan Stahl, Joyce Walter, and Brian Walter. Blessings on their future.

Across the Finish Line!

Another successful school year bites the dust at Fort Pitt Christian School! Last official day of school today, and we're all looking forward to 3 months of summer! Praise God for living in a free land where we can teach our children and live our Christian life free from persecution and harassment. A privilege denied to countless people in these last days.

Near Perfect 2016 Seeding run.

We started seeding on April 28, and cleaned up on May 23rd. The weather was very cooperative, but it was getting very dry as they were nearing the finish line. We have 2 of these rigs, and our land is spread out over nearly a 200 km diameter. 

Memorial for Cindy Stahl

Very sad memorial for Cindy, the sweet little baby of Pauly and Lisa, who went home to Jesus on April 15. While it hurts to let her go, we need to grasp a greater reality and picture God is developing in our lives and brotherhood. "For He does not afflict willingly, nor grieve the children of men. Lam. 3:33. 

Seven Young People Baptized.

Seven young people surrendered their lives to Jesus and had water baptism this weekend, and what a joy it was! To see and hear how God can work in lives for His glory! 

Haiti Orphanage Outreach

Five of our young people, along with 5 others from Altona and Elmendorf fellowships spent a couple weeks in Haiti at an orphanage. It was a incredible experience for them, complete with a culture shock. They spent much of their time just loving the children and caring for the property. The orphanage has 80 children and is in much need of godly administration, staff, and repair.

Sam and Ruth Marriage

Weddings are becoming quite common around here! Praise the Lord, another couple starting out life together..., under the Lordship of Jesus Christ!!!
