The young people surprised us tonight with a delicious evening of candlelights, music, testimonies, exotic snacks and savory drinks. We were deeply touched, blessed and grateful for the work God is doing.

With all main steel work done, the steel studs for the walls are going up fast. This method is far easier to work with than wooden studs and framing.

Our gym was packed this year with friends and neighbors and what a blessed time it was. The students acted out several scripts and skits, all with a message. One of the main hilights was a short program called, "The Gift of God's Silence," performed by the high school students.

Winter is here, but not holding back the crew erecting our new dining hall. The sheer size is a bit of a surprise, but it's two stories high to avoid building a basement.

Thanksgiving With the Neighbors!

Great Thanksgiving Supper and evening!

We invited all the neighbors and most of them came to our annual thanksgiving evening. Over 200 people in all crowded into our dining hall for the supper. Afterwards, the young people and school children sang several great songs for the guests.

2013 Harvest season officially over!

Officially finished the 2013 harvest season.

We thank our Heavenly Father for the blessings poured out upon us. Our harvest crew numbered 20 men at times, as we were blessed with very few breakdowns and incredible weather throughout the 6 weeks of harvest. With the exception of one week of wet conditions in the first week of October, the harvest run went non-stop.

Our old faithful kitchen comes to the end of its life with a crash! We discussed often about how much we could salvage, but in the end, only the equipment, doors and windows were worth saving.

Great outing for the young people this weekend! We sang and ministered in 4 different places in Saskatchewan. We had stops in Warman, Biggar, Kindersley, and Swift Current. Our singing ministry was coupled with a powerpoint presentation titled, Fortifying our Future.
